Airport Services
Our courteous and professional staff members will welcome your conference attendees with a friendly smile at any one of the region's world class airports, including BWI Thurgood Marshall, Washington Dulles, and Reagan National.
Upon arrival, our staff can then assist visitors with baggage retreival and coordinate transportation to the hotel or conference site. Working with our regional partners, we can make transportation arrangements using a wide range of quality vehicles, from luxury sedans to spacious motor coaches. Continuously operating shuttle services are also available.
To ensure a safe and secure experience for younger visitors travelling as unaccompanied minors, our staff will be there to meet them at the gate on arrival days and escort them back on departure days, waiting in the gate area until their plane is safely in the air.
On-Site Staffing
Once your event begins, our staff will continue offer support and assistance on-site. We'll be there to help your guests with the registration and check-in process. We can also staff tour and information desks on-site and at surrounding hotels for the duration of the conference.
For larger conventions, we can coordinate daily shuttle service between the meeting site and participating hotels, ensuring that your attendees get where they need to be safely and efficiently. Overnight security staffing is also available.

Tours and Off-Site Events
Choosing the Capital Region as the site for your conference or meeting means that your attendees and their guests will have the unique opportunity to experience the history and culture of three nearby cities.
Tour offerings in Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Annapolis provide a great deal of added value and our team can help plan custom itineraries that fit into the framework of your event. We'll make all of the arrangements for transportation, guide services, meals, and attraction admissions for one, low, per person rate. Excursions can depart from and return to the conference site or area hotels. Easy online registration and payment options are also available.
