Transportation
Once your group arrives, you'll need a way to get around the region. Whether you need an efficient way to get from Point A to Point B or you prefer taking the scenic route accompanied by one of our knowledgeable guides, Baltimore Rent-A-Tour has got you covered.
We've partnered with transportation companies across the region to provide our clients with a wide range of options, from luxury sedans and limousines, to spacious motor coaches. We can offer hourly pricing for chartered vehicles or include transportation as a part of your larger tour package.
Transfer and shuttle service is also available to and from all regional airports, train stations, and the Locust Point Cruise Terminal in Baltimore.
Accommodations
If you're planning on spending several days with us here, you'll need a comfortable and convenient place to call home for the duration of your stay.
Rent-A-Tour has partnered with group-friendly properties across the region in an effort to offer clients a wide range of options, from luxury hotels right downtown to more affordable choices outside of the city. Some properties also offer on-site dining and meeting spaces for conferences or conventions.
We also offer non-traditional housing and overnight security services for student tours and conferences.
Dining and Attractions
Now that you're here, you'll want to take full advantage of everything the region has to offer!
In addition to professional guide services, Rent-A-Tour can arrange for your group to visit some of the many exciting attractions located nearby. In Baltimore, you stand on the ramparts of Ft. McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine, birthplace of the Star-Spangled Banner, or tour the National Aquarium. In Annapolis, you can visit the Maryland State House, the oldest in America, or tour one of the city's beautifully preserved historic homes. Washington, D.C. offers visitors countless options including the museums of the Smithsonian Institution and Arlington National Cemetery.
Of course, you'll also need to eat, and the Capital Region offers some of the country's best cuisine. We can arrange for plated meals at dozens of group-friendly restaurants, buffets, boxed lunches, and even a traditional Maryland crab feast!
